3800 block of Dill Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with driving under the influence, refusing to take a breathalyzer test, and property damage at an automobile accident Oct. 4 at 2:13 a.m.

1600 block of Winona Boulevard – Police arrested and charged a citizen with strangulation at an apartment complex Oct. 4 at 10:10 a.m.

7600 block of Fernwood Street – Police arrested and charged a citizen with non-aggravated assault and other state criminal violations at an apartment complex Oct. 4 at 10:51 a.m.
