8300 block of Brook Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with prostitution and a warrant service at a hotel Oct. 8 at 11:38 a.m.

4100 block of Townhouse Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen(s) with kidnapping, non-aggravated assault, and other state criminal violations at an apartment complex Oct. 8 at 12:57 p.m.
