6000 block of Nine Mile Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen(s) with non-aggravated assault on a police officer, obstruction of justice, discharging a firearm, possessing a concealed weapon, and a weapons charge at a grocery store Oct. 14 at 5:32 p.m.
