1300 block of N. Laburnum Avenue – Police arrested and charged a citizen with shoplifting and possession of marijuana at a gas station May 8 at 9:34 a.m.

12400 block of W. Broad Street – Police arrested and charged a citizen with credit card fraud at a medical facility May 8 at 10:15 a.m.

Colwyck Drive at Glinhurst Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with possession of cocaine and other criminal violations during a traffic stop May 8 at 10:32 p.m.

Harvie Road at Mechanicsville Turnpike – Police arrested and charged a citizen with driving under the influence at an automobile accident May 9 at 8:59 p.m.

400 block of E. Laburnum Avenue – Police arrested and charged a citizen with shoplifting, possession of heroin and cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia at a department store May 10 at 3:10 p.m.

5200 block of Brook Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with shoplifting and possession of cocaine at a convenience store May 10 at 11:32 a.m.

E. Laburnum Avenue at Pilots Lane – Police arrested and charged a citizen with driving under the influence at an automobile accident May 10 at 5:07 p.m.

11200 block of Patterson Avenue – Police arrested and charged a citizen with kidnapping in a parking area May 10 at 8 p.m.

800 block of Brook Hill Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with non-aggravated assault, possession of marijuana, and selling marijuana at an apartment complex May 11 at 10:08 p.m.

5600 block of Crenshaw Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with possession of cocaine and marijuana, obstruction of justice, and other weapons violations at an apartment complex May 12 at 8:40 a.m.

2600 block of New Market Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with non-aggravated assault and possession of tobacco products at a convenience store May 12 at 9:45 p.m.

7700 block of E. Parham Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with disorderly conduct and trespassing at a medical facility May 13 at 9:40 a.m.

6300 block of Oakland Chase Place – Police arrested and charged a citizen with threatening a resident with arson and bombing at a single-family home May 14 at 2:14 p.m.

7000 block of Fernwood Street – Police arrested and charged a citizen with assault with a knife at an apartment complex May 14 at 5:34 p.m.

West Broad Street at Emerywood Parkway – Police arrested and charged a citizen with possession of marijuana and other state criminal violations during a traffic stop May 14 at 9:08 p.m.
