3900 block of Duckling Drive – Police arrested and charged a citizen with being drunk in a public place at a hotel Dec. 16 at 10 p.m.

1600 block of Hope Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with kidnapping and non-aggravated assault at an apartment complex Dec. 17 at 3 a.m.

6900 block of Forest Avenue – Police arrested and charged a citizen with shoplifting at a department store Dec. 17 at 3:28 p.m.

5700 block of Brook Road – Police arrested and charged a citizen with possession of heroin and cocaine at a department store Dec. 17 at 10:20 p.m.
