7100 block of West Broad Street – Police arrested and charged a citizen(s) with disorderly conduct, vandalism, conspiracy to commit robbery, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, and being drunk on the street at a restaurant Dec. 1 at 8:35 p.m.

300 block of North Laburnum Avenue – Police arrested and charged a citizen(s) with shoplifting, non-aggravated assault on a police officer, obstruction of justice, possession of tobacco products, illegal possession of liquor, and other state criminal violations at a liquor store and at an apartment complex Dec. 2 at 1:20 p.m.
