Henrico County EngAGE to host fall festival Oct. 26

Henrico County EngAGE, an initiative geared toward seniors, will host its Falls Prevention Fall Festival Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 North Laburnum Avenue.
It will feature games, education and prizes, as well as the chance for those 60 and older to learn about how to prevent falls. In addition, attendees can receive:
• vision, hearing and blood pressure screenings;
• gait and balance checks;
• personalized at-home occupational therapy exercises and prevention strategies.
