Henrico communities among Parade of Homes winners

The Henrico winners were:

• Best Kitchen, $600,000 to $699,000 homes – Legault Homes, LLC for Alden Parke in Short Pump;

• Best Bath, furnished townhomes and condominiums, $500,000 and over – Style Craft Homes for Saunders Station Townes in Short Pump;

• Best Curb Appeal, furnished townhomes and condominiums, $500,000 and over – Style Craft Homes for Saunders Station Townes in Short Pump;

• Silver award, furnished townhomes and condominiums, $500,000 and over – Style Craft Homes for Saunders Station Townes in Short Pump;

• Best Bath, furnished single-family detached homes, $300,000 to $399,000 – Eastwood Homes for Castleton in Varina;

• Best Kitchen, furnished single-family detached homes, $300,000 to $399,000 – Eastwood Homes for Castleton in Varina;

• Best Curb Appeal, furnished single-family detached homes, $300,000 to $399,000 – Eastwood Homes for Castleton in Varina;

• Gold award, furnished single-family detached homes, $300,000 to $399,000 – Eastwood Homes for Castleton in Varina;

• Best Bath, furnished single-family detached homes, $700,000 to $799,000, Stanley Martin Homes for Liesfeld Farm at Bacova in Short Pump;
