Henrico church hosts ‘socially distant’ food drive to benefit Feed More

A Henrico church recently conducted a socially distant and touch-free food drive that raised more than $24,000 and collected more than 1,200 pounds of food to benefit Feed More.
The congregation of River Road Presbyterian Church wanted to assist the community during the COVID-19 pandemic, so church members gathered in masks and gloves in the church parking to pick up bags of food from cars and accept donation checks. Cars funneled through the lots, dropping off items.
