Spring Arbor of Richmond and Spring Arbor Cottages of Richmond both specialize in assisted living and memory care; the transition will help Pinnacle better address seniors with similar needs, according to company officials.

“Our mission guides us to work in partnership with residents to provide quality services. Importantly, this work is done with an eye toward the evolving landscape in senior living and the growing and diverse population of older adults in our area,” said Chris Henderson, president, and CEO of Pinnacle Living.

With the move, Pinnacle will expand the number of its Virginia communities from four to six.

“We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for residents in these communities and remain committed to maintaining the exceptional service residents expect and deserve," Henderson said.

Pinnacle Living, founded in 1947 and formerly known as Virginia United Methodist Homes, Inc., offers independent living communities, villas and apartments, assisted living suites, memory care suites, and private and semi-private health care rooms. It is headquartered in Glen Allen and also operates Cedarfield and the Hermitage Richmond locally.
