GRTC to host open houses about possible Pulse expansion

Table of Contents

GRTC will host two open houses next week to provide information to the public about the North-South BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) Study and gather feedback.

The North-South BRT Study will examine potential corridors for a second Pulse BRT route that will provide fast, frequent, and high-capacity transit service for travelers crossing the James River.  Public input will help the study team understand community needs for improved service in the Richmond Region.

On May 8, the open house will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (with a presentation at 6 p.m.) at John Marshall High School, 4225 Old Brook Road in Richmond.  On May 9, the open house will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (with a presentation at 6 p.m.) at River City Middle School, 6300 Hull Street in Richmond.

All open house locations are near bus stops.  For details about the study and/or open houses, visit bit.ly/Pulse-North-South.
