GRTC service updates affect Park-N-Ride, Gaskins Express

As part of continued pandemic service adjustments, GRTC recently announced western Henrico express route changes.
Routes 23x, 26x, and 27x are being consolidated with the 29x for additional trips with increased express demand. Buses are assigned again to each express route in service; vans no longer will operate trips. The Route 29x Gaskins Express route now has additional trips to accommodate increased demand.
There will now be Park-N-Ride service only at the Gaskins Express lot, located at the Fairfield Inn in Innsbrook, 9937 Mayland Drive. Riders should not park at the Parham/Fordson or Glenside/Cloverdale Park-N-Rides; there is no service there until further notice.
Riders are advised to expect fuller buses, especially during peak commute times, and to plan essential trips only. To join a vanpool or carpool instead of using the 29x, call John O’Keeffe at RideFinders at 474-9903.
