GRTC invites public comments about 10-year improvement plan

The Greater Richmond Transit Company is inviting the public to provide input as part of its transit strategic plan, a 10-year plan for improving service that is currently in development.
Riders and non-riders can take the 5-minute survey here. It invites input about how often respondents use certain routes, which areas they’d like to see served by GRTC, and what their service preferences area.
The survey is open until July 14.
