A Glen Allen shopping center has been sold for $8.5 million.
Dominion Shoppes, LLC recently purchased the Dominion Shoppes retail center at 4101 Dominion Boulevard from Dominion GA, LLC. The 13,550-square-foot shopping center, situated on 2.46 acres, was fully leased at the time of sale and is currently occupied by Starbucks, Whitley’s Peanut Factory, Blaze Pizza and Noodles & Company.
