The Girl Scout Commonwealth Council of Virginia, Inc. is moving its headquarters from Willow Lawn to a new West End location. The organization will relocate its administrative offices and retail center from to an 18,375-square-foot building at 3214 Skipwith Road that it purchased from Self-Help Credit Union for $3.6 million.

The building, situated on 3.34 acres, formerly was a bank and credit union location. The move will provide the Girl Scouts with a larger space to expand their retail operations and create a collaborative environment for members.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Will McGoogan handled the seller's sale negotiations. Amy J. Broderick and Kate Hosko, also of Thalhimer, represented the buyer.
