An evening of music and cocktails to be held at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden Sept. 22 will benefit Ginter Urban Gardeners, a program which helps to create more green space and build community in urban Richmond.

Rhythm & Blooms will begin at 6 p.m., after the Garden closes to the public, and end at 10:30 p.m.  Tickets ($100) include gourmet hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, craft drinks, live jazz soul music, dancing, and a silent auction.  Guests will be free to stroll through the Garden and visit the Origami in the Garden exhibit before it closes later in the month. Butterflies Live! will also be open.
