Friends of Sons and Daughters of Ham, Inc. to host Buffalo Soldiers event July 28

The Friends of Sons and Daughters of Ham, Inc. will host its annual National Buffalo Soldiers Twilight Memorial event Friday, July 28, at 7 p.m. at 7001 Chandler Drive, adjacent to Bandy Field near the University of Richmond. This year is the sesquicentennial (150-year) celebration of the establishment of Sons and Daughters of Ham Cemetery, and organizers will celebrate the son of founder, Moses Bradford, Sr. For details, email hamcemeteryrva@gmail.com.
