The former site of an Atlantic Union Bank branch at 8209 West Broad Street in Henrico County has been sold.
The bank sold the 0.58-acre site and the 3,579-square-foot building on it to 8209 West Broad Street, LLC for $1.6 million.
Will McGoogan of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the bank.
