An outparcel building at Regency has a new owner.
Parkway Gardens, LLC purchased the 3,615-square-foot building at 1420 North Parham Road, which currently houses First Watch restaurant, for $2.74 million. The restaurant has a 10-year lease on the site, which is located in a designated opportunity zone.
Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group handled the sale.
