First of back-to-back redistricting gallery walks planned March 4

Tonight at Wilder Middle School, Henrico Schools officials will host the first of two consecutive gallery walks for Henrico residents to get a closer look at maps of proposed school redistricting options. The school system’s redistricting committee is down to Options D4 and E4 for elementary, middle and high school boundaries – it has eliminated from consideration all earlier map options.

The event tonight will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a presentation, and then at 7 p.m., attendees will be able to walk around the lobby and view the various maps in large-scale forms. School officials will be present as well.

The event will be replicated tomorrow night at the same time at Hermitage High School.
