Fairfield, Tuckahoe libraries to reopen on limited schedules

Fairfield and Tuckahoe Libraries will open to the public during limited hours beginning June 24. The buildings will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Fairfield also will be open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Library programs will remain online; Tuckahoe and Fairfield meeting and study rooms will be available to reserve beginning on June 24 with reduced capacity. Officials will limit building occupancy, encourage social distancing, and require both staff and members of the public to wear masks at all times. Additional locations will open soon during the next phase.
