Eastern Henrico convenience store robbed

Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the person who robbed an Eastern Henrico convenience store Aug. 2.
It happened at about 4:19 a.m. in the 500 block of South Airport Drive, where a black male came into the business through the front door and demanded cash. While the clerk was complying, the suspect began placing tobacco products into a bag. He left with cash and the products through the front door, then began walking toward the back of the store.
The man is described as being about 5 foot 7. He is shown on surveillance camera footage above.
