More than 100 early childhood stakeholders and parents from Virginia attended a collaborative, idea-sharing event hosted by the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation at The Westin Richmond in Henrico Nov. 6-7. During the interactive group sessions, participants explored strategies to ensure equitable access to quality early childhood services and experiences for all children in their respective communities. The VECF, a statewide convener and capacity-builder for school readiness initiatives, is headquartered in Henrico County.
