Drug Take Back Day set for Oct. 26

If you have unused and unnecessary prescription drugs at home, you'll have a number of chances to dispose of them safely this weekend.
National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday, Oct. 26, and officials will be collecting unused prescription drugs at at least nine Henrico locations.
Law enforcement agencies and community partners will be stationed between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at:
• Kroger stores at 1601 Willow Lawn Dr., 4816 S. Laburnum Ave., 11895 W. Broad St., and 9000 Staples Mill Rd.;
• Walmart stores at 5001 Nine Mile Rd. and 7901 Brook Rd.;
• Wegmans at 12200 Wegmans Blvd.;
• the Henrico Training Center at 7721 E. Parham Rd. (entrance is on Shrader Rd.);
• the Virginia State Police Division headquarters, 9300 Brook Rd.
