DPR Construction recently completed a new 15,000-square-foot office in Glen Allen, where it will locate its 265 local employees with an expanded, open workspace.

DPR has a long history in Central Virginia, dating back to 1996 when the company constructed the White Oak semiconductor manufacturing campus in Sandston. The company's new Innsbrook office (in the former ECPI University at 4305 Cox Road) qualified for Henrico's Technology Zone program, through which the company's building and permit fees were waived. DPR invested $3 million in the facility

DPR's Richmond team focuses on advanced technology, commercial, healthcare, higher education, and life science projects, with a portfolio ranging from $100,000 to more than $1 billion.

"For the past 28 years, our Richmond office has been a cornerstone of the local construction landscape. We take pride in contribution to the region’s development while maintaining a steadfast presence for our clients and employees," said DPR Construction Business Unit Leader Emily Covey.

“We congratulate DPR Construction on its recent expansion in Henrico,” said Three Chopt Magisterial District Supervisor Misty Roundtree (formerly Whitehead). “DPR’s utilization of Technology Zone incentives to expand their operation within Innsbrook highlights Henrico’s desire for every company to succeed. We’re thrilled with DPR’s investment and creation of new jobs and are proud to support them in this endeavor.”
