Dorey Park Farmers Market to host community fall festival Oct. 26

The Dorey Park Farmers Market will host its annual community fall festival on its final market day of the season, Saturday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. to noon at Dorey Park, 2999 Darbytown Road in Varina.
The event, presented in partnership with Henrico Recreation and Parks, will feature a number of free events, including hayrides, a petting zoo, face-painting, balloon twisting, POP Club games and prizes, free treats and popcorn for kids, music and more.
The market will feature its regular vendors offering fresh produce, flowers, jams and jellies, local honey, prepared foods, baked goods, sweets, handcrafted items, and others. Costumes are welcome but not mandatory.
