Developer plans 279 luxury apartments on Glen Allen site

A developer has acquired 3.3 acres of land in Glen Allen on which it will develop a luxury five-story apartment community with 279 units.
The land at 10551 Telegraph Road was purchased by Bristol Development Group from Mohawk Investment Partners.
The five-story apartment community will be Bristol's seventh project in the Richmond market, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented the seller in the transaction.
Construction on the project has already begun, with general contractor Fortune Johnson beginning its work last week.
