Dec. 5 ceremony to honor Henrico homicide victims

On Dec. 5, the Henrico County Commonwealth Attorney’s Victim/Witness Program will hold its annual Candlelight & Ribbon-Tying Ceremony to honor the memory of homicide victims.All friends and family members of homicide victims are welcome.
The ceremony will take place, rain or shine, at 7 p.m. in the parking deck plaza outside the Henrico County Western Government Center, 4301 East Parham Road. An outdoor reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
A memorial board will be available displaying photos of loved ones. Family members wishing to provide photos should deliver them in person or via email (victimwitness@henrico.us) by Nov. 20.
