D.C.-based government contractor opens office in Innsbrook

Winvale, an advisor to government contractors headquartered in Washington, D.C., has opened a 4,000-square-foot office in Innsbrook off Cox Road.

With the expansion into Central Virginia, Winvale brought 10 new jobs to the area, with the aim of attracting more clients interested in selling to the federal government. Central and Eastern Virginia currently include more than 10,000 registered federal contractors, with strategic government buyers including the world's largest naval station in Norfolk.

“Considering the federal Ggovernment spent more money in contracts here than in any other state, opening an office in the Richmond area was a key part of our growth plan,” said Brian Dunn, Winvale’s chief executive officer. “The opportunities for federal contracting in Central and Eastern Virginia are enormous, and we are excited to bring our Washington, D.C. consulting experience to businesses here.”
