Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is partnering with Richmond-area restaurants to provide lunches for area healthcare workers and first responders.

Thalhimer’s Richmond Retail Group is coordinating this effort by nominating recipients and partnering with area restaurants and delis to provide lunches to honor healthcare workers and first responders for their dedication and sacrifices on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis.

On May 18, Thalhimer and Boychik’s Deli provided 85 boxed lunches to Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville.

“Our Richmond Retail Group is excited to give back to our healthcare workers and first responders during this challenging time while also supporting restaurants throughout our community who make Richmond the special place it is.” Lee Warfield, President & CEO of Thalhimer, said.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer plans to continue with this program each month throughout the remainder of 2020.

“Richmond healthcare workers and first responders are an extremely important part of our community. Our Richmond Retail Group looks forward to partnering with Richmond restaurants to show these healthcare workers and first responders how much we all appreciate their service and dedication,” James Ashby IV, Senior Vice President of the Retail Services Group, said.

For June, Thalhimer’s Richmond Retail Group has selected Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond.
