COVID-19 testing, Naloxone distribution events scheduled in Henrico Sept. 6-7

The Richmond and Henrico Health Districts has announced COVID-19 testing and mask pick-up, in addition to Naloxone distribution events, in September.
On Wednesday, Sept. 6 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., a walk-up COVID-19 event will be held at Eastern Henrico Recreation Center Pavilion, 1440 North Laburnum Road. Home tests, N95 masks, and self-swab PCR tests will be available for pick-up.
On Sept. 7, a walk-up event will be held at Henrico Arms Apartments, 1566 Edgelawn Circle, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the community building by the solar field. Home COVID-19 tests, N95s, and self-swab PCR tests will be available for pick-up. The partner event with Henrico Mental Health and Developmental Services also will offer free fentanyl test strips and Naloxone (Narcan) available for pick-up, in addition to Medication Assisted Treatment for Henrico residents.
