Colliers International has announced it will move its local office from one Henrico spot to another in December.

The company will occupy approximately 27,000 square feet in the Holland Tower, just off Bethlehem Road near Staples Mill Road in the Near West End. Colliers currently is based at Reynolds Crossing, between West Broad Street and Glenside Drive.

Colliers will be moving 134 employees to the new office, which is nearly 7,000 square feet larger than its current space, and it will house 150 employees there in total.

“Reynolds Crossing has been a great home for us the last several years and we’re thankful for the role it has played in our company’s growth.  Unfortunately, we outgrew our space, so it was time for us to move on to something larger,” said Joe Marchetti, Colliers’ managing director. “We needed to find a space where we could fit everyone on one floor.  We are thrilled to have found our next home at Holland Tower.

The company this year has added 37 employees, according to Todd Willet, regional managing director of REMS|Virginia.

Colliers’ represented the landlord, Holland Park Associates I.  Colliers’ Tom Vozenilek and Zach Roski represented Colliers as the tenant in the transaction.
