Citizen education reporter debuting ‘mobile newsroom’ July 22 at Fairfield Area Library

Henrico Citizen Education Reporter and Report for America Corps member Liana Hardy will spend Monday, July 22 at the Fairfield Area Library (1401 North Laburnum Avenue) as part of the Citizen’s new “mobile newsroom” initiative. Hardy will be in the library’s large conference room (located in the lobby, past the circulation desk across from the restrooms and vending machines) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., ready to chat with community members about any education topics of interest.

Stop by to visit Hardy if you have questions, concerns, ideas for future coverage or if you’d just like to say hello. The Citizen is planning to host similar mobile newsroom events in the coming months as a way to engage with community members.
