ChamberRVA Henrico Cabinet hosts candidate forums

The ChamberRVA Henrico Cabinet in the coming weeks will host three forums for candidates seeking local and state office in Henrico. Each will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and each will be moderated by Dr. Daniel Palazzolo, associate dean and professor of political science at the University of Richmond.
On Sept. 16, a forum featuring candidates for the board of supervisors and the school board in the Brookland and Varina districts will take place at the Henrico Theatre.
On Sept. 23, a forum featuring candidates for the board of supervisors and the school board in the Fairfield and Tuckahoe districts will take place at Junior Achievement of Central Virginia Finance Park at Libbie Mill Library.
On Oct. 1, a forum featuring candidates for delegate in the 72nd and 73rd districts will take place at Junior Achievement of Central Virginia Finance Park at Libbie Mill Library.
The moderator will have prepared questions for each candidate, and there will be an opportunity for the audience to submit questions. The candidate forums are free and open to the public, but attendees are asked to register in advance at chamberrva.com to ensure enough seats are available.
