The Capital Region Airport Commission, owner and operator of Richmond International Airport, has earned Great Place To Work Certification for the third consecutive year.

The award is based solely on what current employees say about their experience working at the Airport for the Commission. This year, 89 percent of employees said the Commission is a great place to work – 32 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place To Work’s certification program is the sole official recognition earned by real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture.  According to Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of Global Recognition at GPTW, "Great Place To Work Certification® is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience."
