The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen will host a free grand opening art night and artist's reception July 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.  Attendees of all ages will enjoy a unique opportunity to explore four galleries and meet and greet the artists. A wine and beer cash bar will be available; proceeds will support outreach programs.

Exhibits will include "Tall Tales & Felted Fables" at Gumenick Family Gallery (on display July 19 – Sept. 16), portraying a world of imagination and whimsy created by artist Katie Crawford through watercolors and felted sculpture; "Vibrant Visions" in Midway Gallery (on display July 16 – Sept.16), where artist Pat Troiani shares a collection of her work in a variety of mediums; "Into Their Eyes" at Slantwall Gallery, a portrait series by Kelly Johnson; and "Red Rooster Guitars" at Glass Doors Gallery (on display July 16 – Sept. 16), featuring handmade guitars using cigar boxes, candy tins, license plates, and more by Richard Robinson of Red Rooster Guitars.
