Gather Workspaces, a coworking operator, is expanding with plans to open Gather West End near Innsbrook in spring 2025. The new location, at 4101 Cox Road (near its intersection with West Broad Street in Glen Allen), will be the company’s eighth in Richmond, offering more than 300 people 19,452-square-feet of office space, a video recording and podcast room, open area workspaces, eight conference rooms, and a 30-person training room. The communal kitchen at the new location will be stocked with tea, fruit-infused water, locally-roasted coffee and a selection of craft beers and wines. Gather has more than 3,000 combined members in the Richmond, Newport News, Norfolk and Virginia Beach areas, spanning a wide range of industries. The new location will be Gather’s first since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
