Broad Street; Stanley Martin Homes – leased 5,275 SF of office space within Innsbrook Corporate Center, 4701 Cox Road; Tidewater Gutter Services, LLC – leased 2,960 SF of industrial space at 4811 Bethlehem Road; Herndon Law, P.C. – renewed its lease of 2,017 SF of office space at Innsbrook Commons, 4121 Cox Road; and Xclusive Cheer – leased 1,250 SF of retail space at 5936-5948 Brook Road.
