recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: White Holdings Trucking, LLC – renewed its lease of 3,555 SF of industrial space at 2032-D Dabney Road (Gregg Beck represented the landlord); Impact Services, Inc. – leased 3,192 SF of industrial space at 2521 Grenoble Road (Chrissy Chappell represented the landlord).

Zac Price recently joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services as associate director. Price has more than 15 years of commercial real estate management experience, including roles as asset manager with Capital Square, senior real estate manager with Colliers/CBRE as well as Brandywine Realty Trust. He also holds a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member from IREM, and a Virginia real estate salesperson license. He is president-elect for IREM Chapter No. 38 in Richmond. Price is a Richmond native and attended James Madison University.


Panera Bread has subleased the site of a former Zaxby’s location at 11350 Nuckols Road in Glen Allen. The 4,100-square-foot building is undergoing a transformation, and Panera has listed a number of job openings for the location on its website. No timeframe for the location’s opening has been announced. Panera currently operates six Henrico locations.


The dual-branded Red Roof Inn Richmond–Airport/Sandston and HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Richmond has opened at 5209 Williamsburg Road in Sandston, with a total of 103 rooms. HomeTowne Studios offers 51 extended-stay rooms with kitchenettes, refrigerators, microwaves, and activity tables with chairs. The adjacent Red Roof Inn Richmond offers 52 rooms. Both properties offer free Wi-Fi and a coin laundry, and the Red Roof Inn is pet friendly. The two buildings were renovated at a cost of $300,000 by owner Shree Hari Hospitality 1 LLC. The process included the addition of new beds and bedding, renovated guest bathrooms, and a fresh lobby. Similarly co-branded properties opened earlier this year on West Broad Street.


The Tin Pan Restaurant and Listening Room, 8982 Quioccasin Road, is currently hiring for experienced servers. This is a part-time position and weekend availability is required. General shifts run from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. four to six nights per week. Shorter shifts (5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) for food running may be available. Wages are paid on biweekly paychecks.
