PIASCIK, a Glen Allen-based CPA firm, has been named by INSIDE Public Accounting as a Top 5 "Best of the Best" CPA firm. PIASCIK was selected among 520 firms in the US and Canada participating in IPA's Survey & Analysis of firms, using more than 50 scoring metrics. PIASCIK was named to the Top 5 based on its high scores in the survey and analysis. In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, PIASCIK also was named a Top 10 "Best of the Best" CPA firm with under $10 million in revenue.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Q BBQ – renewed its lease of 4,000 SF of retail space at Virginia Center Station, 1070 Virginia Center Parkway (James Ashby IV represented the landlord); Newbridge Coin Laundry – renewed its lease of 3,380 SF of retail space at 6021 Nine Mile Road (Pamela H. Strieffler represented the landlord); Lisa’s House of Beauty – leased 1,604 SF of retail space at 4420 South Laburnum Avenue (Annie O’Connor and James Ashby IV represented the landlord).


Morgan Hoff

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Morgan Hoff has joined the firm as client coordinator in the Richmond office. Hoff will be supporting several commercial brokerage associates in Richmond and Charlottesville. She previously was with CoStar as a client relationship consultant. Hoff is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a master’s degree in sport leadership and a bachelor of science in mass communications.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Genworth North America, Inc. has entered into a long-term commitment for office space at Reynolds Crossing, 6603 West Broad Street in Henrico, as a solution to house its employees while it initiates work on the redevelopment of its corporate campus. The company initially subleased 88,800 SF of office space and subsequently finalized a direct lease with the landlord of Reynolds Crossing for a total of 101,020 SF of office space. Jamie Smith of Cushman & Wakefield, and Dean Meyer and Mac Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, handled the lease negotiations on behalf of Genworth North America, Inc.
