Brian Felton

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Brian Felton has joined the local office as a first vice president, focusing on industrial sales and leasing. Felton, a 24-year commercial real estate veteran, was most recently with Prologis for three years as a senior leasing manager, overseeing a 3.6 million square foot portfolio of industrial buildings in Richmond, Norfolk and Fredericksburg. His responsibilities included lease negotiation, tenant retention, build-to-suit, speculative development and sales. Prior to Prologis, Felton was with Liberty Property Trust for 14 years in the same capacity. He has negotiated contracts/leases with companies such as Home Depot, Amazon, ABB, Iron Mountain, Crown Lift Trucks and Tredegar. Felton is an East Carolina University graduate with a bachelor of arts in physical geography and a minor in business administration and management.

Broderick and Mark E. Douglas represented the landlord).
