Certified public accounting firm Keiter recently announced that Brett Sinsabaugh, CPA, CCA and Ryan Beethoven-Wilson, CPA have been promoted to partner, effective Oct. 1. Sinsabaugh joined Keiter in 2011 as an audit associate with prior construction experience. Over his tenure, he established his expertise in the construction and employee benefit audit plan space. He participates in these Firm niche teams and has represented Keiter at many internal and external seminars. He is a member of Board of Trustees for Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Political Action Committee, as well as the National Association of Construction Auditors, the Central Virginia Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, the Richmond District of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and the Central Virginia Employee Benefits Council. Beethoven-Wilson joined Keiter in 2012 as a tax senior associate with prior Big-4 public accounting experience. He has grown his specialty focus areas to include professional services, emerging businesses, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and retail industries. He also helped launch Keiter’s Opportunity Zone team, consulting with investors and entrepreneurs on OZ tax incentives, and serves on Keiter’s Recruiting and Tax Workflow Committees. He also serves as treasurer of the Chesterfield Education Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the Tax Advisory Committee of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The Shepherd’s Center of Richmond recently leased 1,552 SF at 5101 Monument Avenue, Suites 104-105, in Henrico County from USM Monument5101, LLC. John Jay Schwartz with Have Site Will Travel and The Man With Square Feet represented the tenant.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: MARKETview Education Technology, LLC – leased 15,635 SF of office space at 1407 Summit Avenue (Birck Turnbull represented the landlord and Graham Stoneburner represented the tenant); Alaric Corporation – leased 3,576 SF of industrial space at Gaskins Centre—Building I, 3801-3827 Gaskins Road (Evan Magrill represented the landlord); ComfortZone Camp – expanded its lease for a total of 6,674 SF at Brookfield Place, 6606 West Broad Street (Amy J. Broderick and Kate Hosko represented the landlord).
