It is anchored by Whole Foods Market, HomeGoods, REI, Dave & Busters, ACAC, Gather Coworking, and South University. Harrison Hall, Peter Vick, and Maddy Spear will be leading retail leasing efforts on behalf of CTO Realty Growth, and Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services team will be providing property management services.
