has been selected as the leasing and management company for West Broad Village in Glen Allen. West Broad Village is a mixed-use development composed of 400,422-square-feet of retail, 100,000-square-feet of office, 339 apartments, 454 townhomes and a 135-room Aloft hotel. It is anchored by Whole Foods Market, HomeGoods, REI, Dave & Busters, ACAC, Gather Coworking, and South University. Harrison Hall, Peter Vick, and Maddy Spear will be leading retail leasing efforts on behalf of CTO Realty Growth, and Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services team will be providing property management services.
