recently leased 35,457 SF of Class A office space at Willow Place, 5400 West Broad Street in Henrico. FNB has total assets of more than $44 billion and has approximately 350 banking offices with operations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. FNB has 16 offices in the state of Virginia, but this is its first location in the Richmond market. Willow Place is a mixed-use center that includes HomeGoods, an executed grocery store, and Shake Shack. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Carol’s Furniture – leased 4,000 SF of retail space at The Shoppes at Staples Mill & Glenside, 7101 Staples Mill Road (James Ashby IV and Alex T. Wotring represented the landlord); The Stitching Studio, LLC – leased 1,901 SF of retail space at 5611 Patterson Avenue (Annie O’Connor and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord); A1 Brows – leased 1,500 SF of retail space at Virginia Center Station, 1080 Virginia Center Parkway (James Ashby IV and Annie O’Connor represented the landlord).


A new landscape management company is now serving businesses in Henrico, Hanover and New Kent counties.
