Colliers International has promoted Megan Sullivan to vice president. Sullivan specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings, representing 1.4 million square feet in the Richmond region for both regional and institutional property owners. Sullivan joined the firm in 2015 as a senior associate immediately upon graduating from the University of Georgia, where she earned a bachelor of business administration degree in real estate.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Brittany Davidson had joined its local office as a portfolio manager in its Commercial Property Services Group. Davidson has more than 13 years of experience in the management field and will be handling a mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial property types. Davidson earned the Leasing Professional of the Year award with the Virginia Apartment and Management Association and received her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association. Prior to joining Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group, she was the senior community director for Virginia at RangeWater Real Estate.
