Nuckols Property, LLC recently purchased 3,783 SF at 11541 Nuckols Road in Henrico County from Kaylan Plaza, LLC for $1,025,000. Eric Hammond and Tucker Dowdy of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.

ST Pars Properties, LLC recently purchased 4,182 SF at 9012 Three Chopt Road in Henrico County from The B Group, LLC for $789,000. Eric Hammond and Chip Louthan of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.

Pet Supplies Plus recently opened at 1519 North Parham Road, RVAHub reported last week. The store offers pet products, grooming services, and self-serve pet wash stations. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Curbside pickup and free same-day delivery are available for online orders.

The Transportation Security Administration will hold a hiring event for transportation security officers at Richmond International Airport on Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Virginia Career Works—Henrico Center, 121 Cedar Fork Road. Attendees will learn about the TSO position and employment with the TSA, receive guidance on completing the TSO application (it is recommended to not apply beforehand), and, if eligible, take a proctored computer-based test to evaluate image interpretation aptitude.
