HCA Virginia Health System’s Parham Doctors’ Hospital and Henrico Doctors’ Hospital recently were awarded an “A” from The Leapfrog Group’s spring 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. The Safety Grade assigns a letter grade to hospitals across the country based on their performance in preventing medical errors, injuries, accidents, infections and other harms to patients in their care.

Wotring and Annie O’Connor represented the landlord); Interbakery Products – leased 1,575 SF of retail space at Starling Plaza, 1412 Starling Drive (Richard L. Ryan Murchison

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced that Ryan Murchison has been promoted to senior human resources manager. Murchison will oversee daily tactical human resources activities for all business lines and offices with a focus on the continued development and growth of Thalhimer’s multi-family associates. She has been with Thalhimer since March 2015.


Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently partnered with Cyberclean Systems, a pioneer in mobile robotics, on a pilot project for a new technology system for cleaning and disinfecting commercial facilities. The initial pilot program at Thalhimer's headquarters will utilize robot vacuums, UV disinfection robots, UV fans and real-time reporting via the cloud to validate services. Among the processes the project will evaluate are the use of robots for fully autonomous on-site disinfection processes, vacuuming of common areas and hallways, and the deploying of the UV fan for smaller confined areas like conference rooms. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the sale of 2250 Dabney Road in Henrico County. Spy Rock Real Estate, LLC purchased the +-71,029 square foot facility, situated on 5.82 acres, from Power Plant Properties, LLC for $4,300,000 as an investment. The building is the long-time headquarters of Ingenco. Among other things, Ingenco builds and manages plants that convert landfill gas to generate renewable energy.
