Freedom Land RVA Real Estate LLC recently purchased 60,064 SF at 6020 West Broad Street in Henrico County from Broad Street Colony, LLC for $6,517,147. Jamie Galanti of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.


Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: LIO Management Services, LLC – leased 2,795 SF at 7202 Glen Forest Drive (Catherine Walker and Malcolm Randolph represented the landlord, and Zach Roski and Tom Vozenilek represented the tenant); Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company – expanded its lease into 3,285 SF at 4510 Cox Road (Zach Roski and Tom Vozenilek represented the tenant); Bowen Ten Long & Bal, PC – expanded its lease into 2,340 SF at 3957 Westerre Parkway (Zach Roski, Frank Hargrove and Tom Vozenilek represented the tenant); Commonwealth Healthcare, LLC – leased 3,489 SF at 5540 Falmouth Street (Malcolm Randolph and Catherine Walker represented the landlord); OCD Anxiety Centers Virginia LLC – leased 5,197 SF at 6627 West Broad Street (Frank Hargrove, John Carpin and Malcolm Randolph represented the landlord).

The Masonic Home of Virginia in Eastern Henrico, a continuing care retirement community exclusively serving Virginia Masons, their wives, widows and eligible relatives, recently hired a new chef. Eric Lipshetz earned his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., and spent several years in the restaurant industry in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Jersey before settling in Virginia in 2002. He has won numerous culinary awards and worked most recently in corporate dining, hosting experiences for thousands of guests. Founded in 1890, MAHOVA has evolved over the years from a Masonic orphanage into a retirement community, which today serves more than 200 adults.
