Colliers International recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Adventure Park, LLC – leased 40,105 SF at 10050 West Broad Street (Robby Brownfield and Rob Black represented the landlord); New Direction Community Outreach Services, Inc. – renewed its lease of 1,627 SF at 8100 Three Chopt Road (John Carpin and Gray Bryant represented the landlord); Aligned Clinical Educational Services, PLC – renewed its lease of 766 SF at 8100 Three Chopt Road (John Carpin and Gray Bryant represented the landlord); Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority – leased 10,940 SF at 6605 West Broad Street (Malcolm Randolph, John Carpin and Frank Hargrove represented the landlord); Chemtreat, Inc. – expanded its lease by 44,908 SF at 5640 Cox Road (Malcolm Randolph and Wood Thornton represented the landlord).

The property management company Thalhimer Multifamily has promoted Alexis Cumbia to systems support coordinator. Cumbia began her career with the company in February 2020, initially holding the position of leasing consultant for the Scott’s Addition properties. In January 2021, she was promoted to senior property manager of the portfolio, and in April 2022, she transitioned to the floating property manager position. That position allowed her to gain experience across a variety of property management processes, including training, problem resolution and project management, which are now essential to her new role. She will be based in the company’s Richmond office.

ARLS Properties LLC recently purchased approximately 4.68 acres at 301 South Airport Drive in Eastern Henrico County near Richmond International Airport from Marchetti Properties for $1.5 million with plans for a retail development.
