Thalhimer represented the landlord); Collector’s Heaven – renewed its lease of 3,000 SF of retail space at 6112-A Lakeside Avenue (Richard L. Thalhimer represented the landlord); Orange Theory – renewed its lease of 2,627 SF of retail space at The Corner at Short Pump, West Broad Street at Lauderdale Drive (Annie O’Connor, Danielle Beckstoffer and Katie Siegel represented the tenant); Homme – leased 1,833 SF of retail space at 4026 MacArthur Avenue (Annie O’Connor represented the landlord, and Danielle Beckstoffer and Katie Siegel represented the tenant).
A new Sheetz location is coming to Henrico County, WRIC ABC 8 recently reported. The 24/7 convenience store and gas station has leased two acres of land where a former O’Charley’s restaurant once stood at 9927 Mayland Drive in the West End. Operations are expected to begin this summer.
